If I get guild wars factions platinum, will i be able to level all the way to 20.. and isn't 20 a bit shallow for a level cap?

And will how many char slots does each game unlock?

- Here in GW things are a bit different. You don't grind levels, you grind titles. Grinding doesn't give you benefits, it's only for dressing up your barbie doll. Exception of benefits is Ursan Blessing, which makes removes all challenge of the game once you get it. Longevity of game is not tied to replay value in multiple different endings, character personalities, interesting PvP or anything like that. It's all in those little bars you can see when you press the H key on your keyboard. It appeals to some crowd of people to have a bit higher number, so that they can look down on other people. They call it "skill".

The great thing about Guild Wars is once your character is level 20, it has the ability to run an unlimited amount of builds. You're not restricted to say a fire mage, or a sword warrior. Skill points can be reallocated so there is no need for a high level.
